Systematic Theology Opening at Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary

Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary seeks applicants for a position in Systematic Theology. The successful candidate will be a constructive theologian equipped to interpret the Christian faith in light of the Protestant tradition and its pervasive themes. Interest in interpreting the Wesleyan tradition is highly desirable. Criteria include collegiality, commitment to teaching both core courses and PhD seminars, demonstrated excellence in classroom teaching as well as scholarship and publication, combined with active participation in the church. Preference will be given to those at the associate or professor rank. Racial/ethnic/female candidates are encouraged to apply. AA/EO employer.
