Student Program Director – Atlanta Chinese Christian Church NW

come grow with us! The Atlanta Chinese Christian Church also known as ACCC
(www.accc.org) is growing and expanding into its third location. The new location called
Atlanta Chinese Christian Church Northwest also known as ACCCNW (www.acccnw.org) is
located in Marietta, GA. ACCCNW is looking for an individual who will be working with the
youths, college students and young adults to nurture and strengthen their Christian faith, to
enable them to live a Christ-centered life and to foster a Christian community among English- speaking Asian Americans.

Responsibilities:
– Interacts with youths, college students and young adults
– Recruits volunteers to lead Sunday English service and Friday Youth Homegroup
– Nurtures young adults, college students and youths through individual discipleships
and group meetings
– Provides training for the young adults and college students to lead the youths
– Creates and implements Sunday and Friday curriculum for youths, college students
and young adults
– Organizes youth activities/events
– Participates in the planning of the summer and winter retreats
– Manages communication avenues such as the website, emails, etc.
– Submits weekly and monthly announcements/newsletter articles
– Communicates formally with parents at least once per quarter
– Attends meetings with church leaders

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree
2. Relationship with God living a Christ centered life and taken the step of baptism
3. 2+ yrs of experience leading youths, college students and/or young adults in
developing worship initiatives, teaching biblical knowledge, facilitating small
group discussion and organizing youth events
4. Fluent in English while comfortable in a Mandarin Chinese speaking environment
5. Passion for Asian American students
